Anne, Pascal and Isabelle welcome you in a big winemaker's house dating from 1850 in Argeliers upon Canal du Midi, Aude.
This stone walled house with character looks onto the garden.
We wished to follow the logic of touristic and ecological development of Aude :
in our "eco-house", lamps are equipped with energy saving bulbs, faucets with water savers,
and warm water is solar panel supplied.
To preserve the environment, as well as the spirit of old stony houses, walls are covered with lime.
The breakfast is served either under the beautiful iron arbour or in the dining room, depending on the weather.
To keep on with the ecological approach, we propose you jams made out of natural grown fruits from our garden,
fruit juices bought from the local producers, fair trade coffee and tea.
